FCPA SERVING AS SENDERS
PURPOSE: The FCPA in obedience to the Word of God (Romans 10:15 “And how shall they go preach except they are sent?”) seeks to encourage the support of laborers who have been called forth in full time domestic and international medical missions. This Serving as Senders effort will establish a fund for the purpose of assisting FCPA members in a full time medical mission field. The fund will also be used to support those clinics serving in the domestic medical mission fields in the cities where the FCPA gathers for annual conferences.
Qualifications:
- Must be a member (fellow) in good standing of the FCPA for at least one year prior to making application for a grant.
- Must complete an application with recommendations and have it approved by a committee of the FCPA BOD.
- Must not have received a Serving as Senders within the previous calendar year

Grant Procedures:
- Upon request an application is sent to FCPA member via e-mail or regular mail or downloaded off this website.
- Upon receipt of completed application with two recommendations, missions committee chair distributes application to no less than 3 designated FCPA members (BOD and/or missions committee).
- Applicant is notified via e-mail of receipt of application, distribution of same and expected approval timeline.
- Additional information or clarification may be requested from the applicant by any reviewing member via the missions committee chair.
- Decision to approve or disapprove applicant request requires a unanimous vote on the part of those reviewing the application.
- Missions committee chair then contacts applicant about application decision.
- Numbers of grants/year and total presented to each approved recipient will be determined by equitable distribution of funds allotted per the FCPA budget (gifts given and available) each year.
