PA STUDENTS and FACULTY
The opportunity now exists for Christian PA students and faculty members of the Fellowship to find each other and network together locally through prayer, counsel, or fellowship.
The FCPA offers two seats on the Board of Directors specifically for PA Students, each having full voting privileges.
Each year during the Annual FCPA Business Meeting, held in conjunction with the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) Annual Conference, a first year PA student is elected to serve a two-year term on the Board (Junior Seat), advancing to the "Senior Seat" Board position after completion of the first year.
The "Senior Seat" PA Student position member serves to mentor the "Junior Seat" member and leads student initiatives for the Fellowship.
Even if you might not consider service as a member of the Board of Directors as being "your cup of tea", we encourage PA students to consider serving as an adjunct advisory member, or as a member of the PA Student Community Network, perhaps as a "Student Shepherd" contact for your PA program.
This can be a shared function with several students at your PA program.
Opportunities to serve are unlimited.
