The FCPA is the ONLY Christian professional organization specifically and actively representing you as a Christian PA.

The Fellowship is an independently incorporated professional membership organization.  We strive to exercise and promote Biblical principles and ethics to the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and other organized professional health care organizations, as well as the general public from a Christian world

view.

The FCPA shares a unique liaison partnership with our Christian physician and dentist colleagues in the Christian Medial & Dental Associations(CMDA).  FCPA has two designated "Advisors" seated on the Global Health Outreach Advisory Council of CMDA, actively engaged in promoting, encouraging, and enabling, PA student and graduate participation in all international short term mission experiences.

Although completely independent, the Fellowship has been granted Constituent Organization status and privileges as aCaucus within the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).  This status allows the "Fellow" members of the Fellowship to comprise the "Caucus", and provides direct representation to the policy making body of the AAPA as a voting member of the AAPA Caucus Congress.

While the Fellowship has distinct and significant differences with the current policies of the AAPA, your Fellowship continues to be a vocal, active, and respected voice for Christian principles and values within the policy making body of the AAPA, the House of Delegates (HOD).

It is not necessary, nor a requirement, that members of the Fellowship be members of the AAPA.  If you are a member of AAPA, then you are automatically a member of the "Caucus" of the Fellowship and AAPA.

If you are not an AAPA member, you are still eligible to be a member of the Fellowship as an Associate Member and may serve as an elected leader on the Board of Directors as an "At-Large" member.
